Oregon Pot Distilled Brandy
This Brandy is distilled from fine Oregon wines: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Muscat and Pinot Meunier. We then barrel-age it in old and new French (Limousin) Oak. The result is a naturally amber colored brandy with a nice nose and clean finish and a very rich, full taste. It is similar to a good regional brandy like Cognac or Armagnac and is wonderful to serve after dinner as you would a fine Cognac or use in recipes.
