Reserve Apple Brandy, Aged 8 Years

Our Reserve Apple Brandy, Aged 8 years, is a worthy competitor to the best Calvados, the regional French apple brandy. We crush and ferment whole Golden Delicious apples from the Yakima Valley, and distill the whole fruit mash. Following the customs of the Calvados makers of Normandy, the apple spirit is aged in a combination of old and new French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of eight years. The result is a beautiful, amber brandy with a remarkable amount of apple in the nose, and the sophistication and complexity gained from the years in oak. Our Reserve Apple Brandy has a lot of appeal to the traditional brandy drinker as well, as its color and barrel aged qualities are more familiar.

Apple Brandy, Barrel Aged 2 years

Aged for a minimum of 2 years in French Limousin oak, our Apple Brandy is complex enough to be enjoyed neat in a snifter, but also wonderful in any cocktail calling for brandy, applejack or Calvados. Chefs love it for deglazing pan-fried pork chops, soaking a fruitcake, or stabilizing a sorbet. Some of our favorite cocktails are made using our Apple Brandy, including the Jack Rose. It’s also delicious in a hot toddy, or in spiced cider.

American Pot Still Brandy

Made in the style of the regional brandies of France, our American Pot Still Brandy is distilled from the wonderful wines of the Pacific Northwest. Aged for at least 2 years in our French Limousin oak barrels, our brandy is much less austere than many of its French cousins, and has lively, fresh, fruity character. Served in the traditional brandy snifter, it is the perfect way to finish a special dinner.
